Kangke F3D/30The F3D/30 is an all composite, painted in the mold plane. The stabilizer and the wing have skin hinges. The one piece wing is reinforced with carbon fiber. Airframe assembly consists of gluing the stabilizer in, and attaching the landing gear. Pre-made pushrods and a tank are included. The plane is currently available only in red on white. The bottom of the stab and wing are solid red. The integrated engine mount is made of plywood with carbon fiber. It is pre-drilled and has blind mounting nuts that match the OS .25 FX, OS .32 SX, and JETT BSE .25/.30 mounting pattern. Kangke also sells an electric version that does not have an engine mount or firewall installed. PylonWorld is evaluating the usage of other engine mounting methods in the electric model. The servo tray accepts standard size servos. The wing uses a servo per aileron. See below for PylonWorld race preparation info, and recommended accessories. Race Preparation InfoThe polyester resin fuselage does not have the seams taped. We recommend that you add 1" fiberglass tape to some of the accessible seam areas using polyester resin. Mini servos are recommended for the wing. A radio with dual rates for elevator and aileron is strongly recommended.
