08/19/2001 - Ontario - Canadian 500 Pylon Racing (Quickie 500) hosted by the Orangeville R/C Flyers Inc. 10:30am. Entry fee $15.00. Expert and Novice Class (Novice pilots can race any sport aircraft.) Contact Ken Fluney (519) 941-8554

08/25/01-08/26/01 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada - The Canadian Prairie District (3) annual district championship race. Quickie 500 and Q40 will be flown. Q-500 uses the stock Webra Q pylon engine. It is not a 428 event. Q40 is as per NMPRA rules. At the end of the regular matrix for each event, the top four fastest times will fly off for a minimum of $200.00 in winner take all.
