RealFlight Racing - Multiplayer Racing Hosts

rfg2.pylonworld.com - The PylonWorld Multiplayer Host is now up most of the time.

Run PylonWorldRacingHost.exe to get the current IP address.

Or

Use a MS-DOS Prompt or Command Prompt window and type ping rfg2.pylonworld.com, then press Enter. You should see the IP address that you will need to join the session.

Hints: Since the pylons are not real tall, it is best to stay close to the ground. This makes judging the course easier. Because of the artificial perspective nature of the simulator, it is very easy to roll too far into the 2-3 turn. Of course it's easy to do in real life, too. Seeing the plane at the number 1 pylon can be tough unless you are using a plane with a light colored wing. Even then it is a good idea to try some zooming options. Try having the zoom kick in at 250-300 feet with a minimum aircraft size of 1.0. You can find this option on the View, Pilot and Viewport Options ... menu command. Click on the Viewport tab, and go to the Auto Zoom area. This gets you back to no zoom in time to judge the #2 turn better.
